Session Booking Policy

You can book sessions 29 days in advance. If you cancel less than 8 hours before your session, you will be charged a cancellation penalty of $9 if you are on an unlimited plan.

If you don’t cancel within the 8-hour window and you no-show, you will be charged $12.

A no-show means you did not enter a cancellation and did not show up for your booked session.

If you are on a limited session per month plan or purchased a single session there is no fee, however a session credit will be deducted from your session balance.

Additional Notes

Waitlist Policy: If you're on a waitlist and get added to a class, the same cancellation policies apply. Failing to cancel on time or not showing up can result in fees or loss of class credits.

Late Policy: If you’re more than 5 minutes late to a session, you will not be admitted. This will be considered a no-show, for classes that have a waitlist.
